IMC Consulting Wins Contract to Provide Software and Business Process Support to the State of Hawaii High Technology Development Corporation (HTDC)
Northfield, NH - July 12, 2007 — IMC Consulting, LLC, a management consulting and information technology firm, announced today that on May 22, 2007 it was awarded a contract to provide business process improvement, technical support and software systems to the State of Hawaii High Technology Development Corporation - Manufacturing Extension Partnership (HTDC-MEP).
The Hawaii HTDC-MEP is a federal program administered in Hawaii by the High Technology Development Corporation, and designed to bring best practices to small business at an affordable cost.
The Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP) is a nationwide network of resources transforming manufacturers to compete globally, supporting greater supply chain integration, and providing access to technology for improved productivity.
This contract is to provide implementation, training, and technical support to the HTDC-MEP organization on the use of IMC’s MEP Business Portal solution. The MEP Business Portal is a specialized system of software, tools, and processes designed by IMC under contract to the Department of Commerce to enhance the service delivery of organizations to small and mid-sized manufacturers in the United States. The duration of the contract is for a period of one year.
