Disaster Readiness Assessment: IMC’s proprietary online assessment tool is utilized to help your organization assess your preparedness, identify areas of weakness or concern, and help your organization gather the materials and information necessary to prepare your plan.
Risk and Impact Assessment: The Risk assessment is conducted to determine quantitative and qualitative risk of an organization. Through this exercise we help you determine threats to the organization and the potential impact on your operations.
GAP Analysis: The GAP Analysis is conducted in order to understand documented and implemented procedures within the organization. The analysis consists of a review of infrastructure and existing BCP/DR/COOP plans, as well as an examination of any prior analyses such as community impact analysis and risk mitigations that might have been performed in the past. The analysis will preliminarily identify data and voice infrastructure, and redundancy vulnerabilities, as appropriate.
Business Continuity Planning/COOP plan development: A robust BCP or COOP development requires a corporate or overarching BCP/COP as well as departmental BCPs. These include command and control infrastructure, emergency response planning, escalation procedures for activation and departmental or office plans.
Disaster Recovery (DR) Planning: A Disaster Recovery Plan dictates how and when technology would be restored after any type of disruption and defines how to continue critical information technology (IT) systems and operations and to prepare to respond to disasters.
