RHF Development
If your housing authority is looking to replace a portion of your demolished ACC portfolio, IMC can provide the expertise in managing that project from idea to implementation. At IMC, our strategy is to leverage funds such as these, with additional available sources of funding to be most effective in helping your housing authority achieving its goals.

CFFP
IMC understands that just because your housing authority lacks the financial resources to implement improvements, there still may be projects that need attention and can benefit from the Capital Fund Finance Program. IMC can assist you in using CFFP funds to make capital improvements to your current housing stock or leverage future capital funds for new development projects.
